College provides placement assistance to all its students. The dedicated placement cell regularly conducts grooming sessions of the students in areas like soft skills, interview facing skills, behavioral skills hereby making them industry-fit. In the recent years the college has witnessed some well known recruitment companies walking-in and being invited for campus placements.
The college campus is huge which consists of a hostel, hospital and also lecture rooms. Being a government college, the overall infrastructure is less appealing particularly the road that leads to the college building from the main gate which is filled with many bamboos and iron pipes. The lecture rooms are clean and air-conditioned. Labs are maintained well and are fully equipped with all the apparatus. There are loads of books in the library and hence issuing any book is done hassle free. But, there is no wi-fi connectivity in the campus and hostels.
The college provides facility for a hostel and charges peanuts for it, Rs. 500 for 5 years. Even though the rental charges are EXTREMELY less, the apartments, washrooms and the floors are quite neat and clean and the association rarely gets a complaint from the students. Mess charges are separate, the food is just about edible and tolerable as well.
